Grab-and-Go at Ignite

Ignite students can order grab-and-go lunches for their enrolled students and, if desired, for adults and siblings! Order online via the link in your ParentSquare account, and keep your student's lunch account balance topped off through the payment portal.

Pricing:

  • Enrolled Ignite student: $4.00
  • Adults and non-enrolled students: $5.50
  • Enrolled students with an approved Child Nutrition Application on file: FREE

Free Meals

Free meals are available to qualifying students. This program is available to NTPS because we participate in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program sponsored by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Nondiscrimination statement & complaint procedure.

Ignite Meal Charge Policy

If a student does not have sufficient funds to pay for a school meal, it is the policy of NTPS to allow the student to purchase a meal and run the lunch account into a negative balance. Parents/guardians are responsible for negative balances on a student's account. Contact Food Services for more information on setting account limits.

Adding money to a meal account

Cash or check: Pay through the Ignite office.

Credit card: Pay online through our payment portal.

  1. Log in to the payment portal
  2. Select your student
  3. Shop: Items at the student's school
  4. Category: Food Service
  5. Select a preset amount or a custom amount

Monitoring meal account balances

  • Current balance: Check your student's current account balance anytime in Skyward Family Access using the Food Service tile.
  • Low balance: Turn on low balance notifications in Skyward Family Access by selecting My Messages > Settings > Food Service Low Balance.
  • Negative balance: Messages are automatically sent to a student's parent/guardian when a meal account balance is negative each Sunday. Please pay the negative balance and add any extra needed.
